Jed Tennessee – Found a Home June 2020

Jed Tennessee

Jed Tennessee raced only 6 times and showed no desire to win races. I think he knew he was meant to be a show horse. Everything he does is adorable, but he’s also built to be an athlete. He is completely sound because his race connections took great care of him. He’s never suffered an injury during or after his race career. He’s smart and sweet and has no vices. Jed is the perfect age at 6 years old and and he stands 15.2 hands.

Jed is in the Leighton Farm retraining program and excelling with the consistent work he is doing. He has a correct foundation of training developed by FEI and USDF Silver Medal rider, Kimberly Godwin Clark. Jed correctly longes, hacks out quietly on the farm, has a balanced walk, trot and canter. He is schooling gymnastics for his jump training. He has xc schooled over small jumps and has been ridden out with the hounds.
